Ivory Trace explores the beauty of tone-on-tone design. Handwoven by Berber artisans in Morocco’s Middle Atlas Mountains, this Beni Mrirt rug pairs a warm natural ivory ground with delicate geometric lines woven in subtly contrasting shades of cream.
From a distance, the composition feels serene and almost monochromatic. Up close, irregular diamonds and vertical forms slowly reveal themselves through changes in pile, texture, and light. This restrained relief gives the rug an architectural depth without disturbing its calm character.
Crafted from 100% hand-spun virgin wool, its dense, exceptionally soft pile celebrates the natural variations of the fibre and the unmistakable touch of the artisan.

You're customizing your own size
Each and every Beni rug is woven entirely by hand and then washed and dried in the mountain air. Current estimated lead times are:
- 274 × 366 cm and smaller: 12–16 weeks
- Larger than 274 × 366 cm: 16–20 weeks
Since your rug is hand-crafted, there will be natural, beautiful variations in pattern and color. These are sure signs of an authentic rug made just for you. Final sizes and pile heights can vary by up to 5% from what is ordered.
Can I return my rug?
All orders are final and we cannot accept returns. Please ensure all measurements, colors, and design are correct before submitting your order!
Can I cancel my order?
After placing an order, you have until 7:00 PM ET the following day to cancel and get your money back.
What if I don't like what I ordered?
We certainly hope that never happens! We're here to answer whatever questions you've got before you place an order to ensure you're 100% happy with your one-of-a-kind design.
