TAFUKT is defined by an intricate composition of finely woven diamonds, creating an almost hypnotic sense of movement across the surface. Its warm terracotta and natural ivory palette gives the graphic design an earthy, understated character.
Handwoven in Morocco’s High Atlas Mountains, the rug is created using the traditional Zanafi flatweave technique — a highly precise method that requires exceptional concentration and careful counting of every row. The result is a remarkably detailed textile with a distinctive architectural quality.
Unlike a conventional pile rug, Zanafi rugs are flatwoven and reversible, revealing the craftsmanship from either side. Traditionally finished with characteristic tassels along the sides, the design can also be commissioned without them for a cleaner, more contemporary expression.
TAFUKT brings together ancient weaving knowledge and modern geometry — equally at home in a restrained contemporary interior or layered into a more eclectic space.

You're customizing your own size
Each and every rug is woven entirely by hand and then washed and dried in the mountain air. Current estimated lead times are:
- 274 × 366 cm and smaller: 12–16 weeks
- Larger than 274 × 366 cm: 16–20 weeks
Since your rug is hand-crafted, there will be natural, beautiful variations in pattern and color. These are sure signs of an authentic rug made just for you. Final sizes and pile heights can vary by up to 5% from what is ordered.
Can I return my rug?
All orders are final and we cannot accept returns. Please ensure all measurements, colors, and design are correct before submitting your order!
Can I cancel my order?
After placing an order, you have until 7:00 PM ET the following day to cancel and get your money back.
What if I don't like what I ordered?
We certainly hope that never happens! We're here to answer whatever questions you've got before you place an order to ensure you're 100% happy with your one-of-a-kind design.
